Milago

The destination for highrise condo lakeside living, Milago was completed in 2006. Generating a neighborhood atmosphere, the building offers a superior fitness facility, stunning rooftop terrace/pool, media room with wet bar and an impressive lobby with 24/7 concierge. The tree-shaded grounds border the Lady Bird Lake hike/bike trail and their newest neighbor, the Mexican American Cultural Center. The Shore

The 22-story high rise tower offers designer interiors and boutique resort-style amenities. Located in the emerging Waterfront District adjacent to Lady Bird Lake, the Shore has limited availability, with prices starting in the $300,000 range. The Shore’s residents will enjoy the services of a neighboring $100 million hotel, managed by the San Francisco based Kimpton Hotels.
