Cream Cheese Taco Dip

This recipe is one of my favorite party dishes simply because everybody loves it and it’s so incredibly easy to make. Plus, you can store leftovers in the fridge for late-night snacking. Yum!

Here’s what you need

  • 2 boxes of cream cheese softened
  • 2 small jars of medium Ortega taco sauce
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1-2 small tomatoes chopped
  • 1 small can of sliced black olives

Directions

Whip cream cheese and taco sauce with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread evenly over a round serving platter. (I like to use disposable pizza pans). Layer with lettuce, cheddar, tomatoes and olives and serve with your favorite tortilla chips. (we like Tostitos Bite Size Rounds)
