About Us

We invite you to join our monthly meetings to find out what we're all about.  AMOM is for Mothers of Multiples (MOMs) as well as expectant MOMs. Our organization can be beneficial to you in many ways including:

• Informative monthly meetings
• Monthly newsletters
• Semi-annual resales
• Lending library
• Playgroups
• Socials
• MOM’s night out
• Support from other mothers of multiples
• Making new friends
• Membership to TMOM and NOMOTC

and more...

AMOM is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation.  We were founded in 1964 and are affiliated with the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs (NOMOTC).  AMOM is also a charter member of the Texas Mothers of Multiples (TMOM).

Mission Statement

To provide the families of multiples the opportunity for support and social interaction. To share with others their interests, concerns and needs. To provide the new families of multiples the assistance they may need in preparing for and caring for their new family by making available programs to promote interest in and continuous knowledge of multiples.

Our Members

Our membership is comprised of parents, expectant parents, and guardians of twins, triplets, and more. AMOM is run entirely by member volunteers, there are no paid employees of AMOM.

If you are a guardian or parent of multiple birth children and live in or around Austin then this group is for you! It’s easy to join our group, simply print a membership form and bring it with you to our next meeting, or mail with your check payable to AMOM.

New Members may join at any time during the year, renewal fees are due annually in June.
Membership dues also include membership to the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs (NOMOTC) and the Texas Mothers of Multiples (TMOM).
